ALL orders must be shipped via UPS small bubble wrap envelope or UPS small box. We charge a flat rate to ship/return or just to simply return the products to you and/or the recipients you designate. When completing an order from our website for iPhone repair you will receive an email with a printable label for shipping. When your product is fixed and ready to be returned, you will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped, along with a UPS tracking number which will allow you to track your shipment.
